OUR STORY
Xpress BPO began in 2018 as a business unit within Inbound Hype (Pvt) Ltd. Then, in April 2022, we became an independent company, bringing our process expertise and unique DNA in Lean management to more companies.
We're planning to position ourselves as a publicly traded company by the year 2025. Our goal is to transform into a company with 10,000+ employees and an annual revenue of $100 million.

Roy Weerakkody
CEO
Roy Weerakkody is the CEO of Xpress BPO and serves on its board of directors. Before being named CEO in November 2020, Roy was Inbound Hype's Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for all of the company's worldwide sales and operations, including the end-to-end management of Inbound Hype's supply chain, business development activities, and service and support in all markets and countries. Prior to joining Inbound Hype, Roy worked as a general manager in Accenture, one of the largest BPO companies in the world.

Kushi De Mel
COO
Kushi De Mel is Xpress BPO's Chief Operating Officer and reports to CEO Roy Weerakkody. She oversees Xpress BPO's entire worldwide operations, as well as customer service and support. Having 20+ years of experience in the BPO space, and holding an MBA from none other than Harvard Business School, we couldn't have hoped for a more competent COO. She ensures the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place, sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth, participates in expansion activities, and establishes policies that promote company culture and vision.

Sam Rodriguez
CFO
Sam Rodriguez is Xpress BPO's Chief Financial Officer and reports to CEO Roy Weerakkody. As CFO, Sam oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, M&A, investor relations, internal audit and tax functions at Xpress BPO. Sam has over 25 years of experience building and leading finance teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity. Before joining Xpress BPO, Sam was the CFO for Huawei Sri Lanka - a Chinese multinational technology corporation.

Midori Perera
CIO
Midori Perera is Xpress BPO's Chief Information Officer and reports to CEO Roy Weerakkody. As CIO, Midori is responsible for all the information and data related to the organization. She oversees the IT initiatives and digital systems that are required to scale up Xpress BPO in the information aspect. Midori has over 25 years of experience building and leading data processing teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity. Before joining Xpress BPO, Midori was the CIO for Saudi Aramco - a Saudi Arabian public petroleum and natural gas company based in Dhahran.
